2. Refund Window
HYPNOSIS offers a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a refund, no questions asked.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order
- The product must be in its original, unused condition
- Original packaging and seals must be intact
- All accessories and documentation must be included
3. Refund Process
Requesting a refund is simple and hassle-free. Follow these steps:
Step 1: Initiate a Return Request
Contact our customer support team at support@hypnosis.com with:
- Your order number
- The date of purchase
- Reason for return
- Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)
Step 2: Return Authorization
Once we receive your request, our team will review it and send you a return authorization number (RMA) within 2-3 business days. This number is required for all returns.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided with your RMA number. Please include a copy of your original invoice with the return. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Step 4: Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your refund has been issued.
4. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, your item must meet the following conditions:

- Clearance or final sale items (marked as such at checkout)
- Custom or personalized orders
- Bulk purchases or wholesale orders
6. Refund Method & Timeline
Refund Method: All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after refund processing
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after refund processing
- Other Payment Methods: 7-14 business days depending on your bank
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. In such cases, we'll provide a prepaid return label.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, we're here to help:
- Contact us immediately at support@hypnosis.com with photos
- We'll provide a prepaid return label
- Once received and verified, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund including original shipping costs
- You can request expedited replacement shipping at no extra charge
For defective items, return shipping is covered by HYPNOSIS.
8. Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange your HYPNOSIS product for a different size, scent variant, or quantity, we're happy to help:
- Contact us at support@hypnosis.com within 30 days
- Include your order number and details of the exchange desired
- If the new item costs more, you'll be charged the difference
- If the new item costs less, we'll issue a refund for the difference
- Return shipping is free for exchanges initiated within 30 days
9. International Orders
For international customers:
- The same 30-day refund policy applies
- You are responsible for international return shipping costs
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the fault is ours
- Refunds will be issued in the original currency (minus currency conversion fees)
- Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable
- Processing may take longer due to customs clearance
10. Exceptions & Special Cases
Subscription Orders
Refunds for subscription orders follow the same 30-day policy. To cancel a subscription, contact us at support@hypnosis.com.
Gift Purchases
Gift purchases are eligible for refunds within 30 days of the gift recipient's receipt. We'll issue a store credit if the original gift receipt is provided.
Promotional Items
Items purchased with promotional codes or discounts are eligible for refunds based on the discounted price, not the original retail price.
